MOBITALY means knowledge and respect of artisanal tradition, but it also and most of all means a vocation for industrial research and experimentation, this is the reason why the Mocaki project began last April, it was premiered at the 2016 Milan Design Week.
A MODERN SOUL
With Mocaki, cats can play in complete safety.
Mocaki is the acronym for modular cat kitchen and is an innovative design project which creates modular kitchens designed for cat owners. Mocaki maintains all of the features and functions of apartment kitchens while also offering an original dimension, aimed at the joy of cats who can use furniture spaces designed for them and only for them. With Mocaki, cats can play in complete safety while the owner of the apartment cooks.

The MOCAKI project was founded on the passion of two designers, Schinaia and Vintrici and their desire to improve the quality of life of the over 8 million cats living in Italian homes, who more often than not choose the kitchen as their natural habitat. Mocaki is not a single kitchen model, it is an articulated project which makes it possible to create various compositions: linear, angular, divided etc… various solution for different needs of our four legged friends and their owners.
The first prototype was presented in Milan, at hyper room, and it was immediately a great success.

International critics viewed the project, recognising its merits and usefulness as well as appreciating the quality of its unique and refined style. According to the US press, mocaki is the project that millions of people (and cats) were waiting for, and it’s finally here thanks to MOBITALY!

The newspaper which unites the East and West Coast of the United States, dedicates an article to Mocaki, the new Modular Cat Kitchen by Mobitaly. According to journalist Keith Barry, the issue of kitchens dedicated to household pets is very important in the US, which have an estimated 20 million domestic felines.
Various newspapers showed interest for the Mobitaly project. Among these, Repubblica defines it as “a completely Italian excellence, which satisfies the curiosity of cats, that can explore and discover, or sleep comfortably always side by side with their human friends
Mobitaly was selected by the StartupMagazine newspaper which underlines the originality of the idea and the best expression of the features of products Made In Italy in the interior design sector
